BELLAGIO — Dana Foglia, who worked with Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, and Mariah Carey, choreographs the entertainment at The Mayfair, the supper club opening at the resort on New Year’s Eve. Entertainment transitions through the night, with some evenings featuring jazz and more relaxed music, while Fridays and Saturdays have more of a nightclub vibe. MAIN STREET STATION — Triple 7 Restaurant & Brewery has a limited-edition brew, Opportunity Ale, available through December 31 for $4, with a portion of the brew’s proceeds going to Opportunity Village. The medium-bodied brown ale with a 5.5% ABV is brewed with more than 600 pounds of grain including toasted buckwheat and caramel malts.
